His expertise, ranging from architecture, development consulting, buyer / seller / tenant representation to project marketing, makes him an invaluable asset to any client.
Bryan has successfully launched and been involved with Austin’s most beloved brands & distinguished developments from Saint Cecilia Residences, Austin Proper Hotel & Residences and Guild Lofts to its newest addition—The Linden. His architectural insight and creative problem-solving abilities are utilized in every step of the development process from establishing project narratives & core brand identities, curating sales teams, developing unit mixes, refining floor plans, defining sales processes to creating strategic marketing systems.
Bryan currently serves on the board of Art Alliance Austin and as has served a 4-year tenure as a board member of the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and on other boards including Zach Scott Theatre, Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR) and the City of Austin Downtown Commission.
